Michael Head joined the Society of Jesus in 1967 at Loyola College, Watsonia and undertook religious formation at Campion College, Kew and Jesuit Theological College. His tertiary studies included degrees and diplomas from Latrobe University and the Christian Brothers Teachers' College. After regency at Xavier College in Victoria, Michael served as Senior Boarding Master of St Ignatius' College, Riverview in New South Wales, and was Rector of St Aloysius' College and St Ignatius' College, Athelstone. He has also served as Rector of the university colleges of St Leo's in Brisbane and Aquinas College in Adelaide. Michael's major interest is in history and at present he is the Archivist of the Australian Jesuit Province. At JTC Michael is the Minister, that is in charge of the fabric of the college. |
